Personal Training
1. Who
is personal training beneficial for?
EVERYBODY... If you are wanting personalised
attention whilst getting the absolute BEST and most
effective workout, then personal training is for you.
Each session is customised to your individual needs so
you may get as much out of each session as possible.
2.
Can I do personal training with a
friend?
Although most personal trainers only allow
one person at a time to do personal training, we allow
you to bring a friend so that you may work out together
and help each other to egg each other on. This is called
the "Bring a Friend" program and it also allows you to
get it at a reduced rate.

are your personal training prices?

will give you all the information you need on all the
plans available...
Group Training
1.
What different group training programs do you offer?
There are a number of different
group training sessions we offer, depending on your
requirements:

Low Intensity Walking Groups - These are great
for the elderly and anybody that just wants to
get moving but doesn't know how...

Moderate Intensity Mothers Groups - These
programs have been set up during school hours so
that mothers who have children at school are
able to participate. It is of moderate intensity
and is a lot of fun.

High Intensity Bootcamps - Set up at 6am in the
morning this is for the avid worker that wants
to get in shape prior to going to work. It is
high intensity but super effective.
We also offer a number of Kids Programs which
will become available as soon as enough interest is
received:

Kids Fitness 4 to 9 Years;

Youth Fitness 10 to 12 Years;
-
Adolescent Fitness 13 to 18 Years.

Are these programs available at the
moment?
Not Yet. In order to be able to offer these
programs, we need to have a minimum of 8 people per
class. So, as long as we have 8 people booked in, we are
able to do the class. In order to book yourself in,
please email us and register your interest and we will
let you know as soon as we have enough people.
Special Populations
1.
Are you equipped to deal with people
with injuries? Can I do group training when I have an
injury?
Yes, I have been trained to deal with
people with injuries. However, group classes are not
recommended for people with injuries. It is best to do a
personal training session instead so that your needs can
be catered to better. Please remember to notify us when
booking your session so the best program can be planned
and you can get the most out of it.
2. I
am pregnant at present. Am I able to participate in Group
Training or do I need to book in for Personal Training?
At present we do not have group training
for pregnancy but if I get enough interest I will
certainly consider doing it. If you are still wanting to
get fit whilst being pregnant, you can always book in
for personal training instead.
Coupons and Discounts

Am I able to get discounted personal
training sessions or group training sessions?
Yes you can. There are a number of ways you
can do this:

By purchasing packs of sessions instead of
individual sessions;

By accruing membership points through our
loyalty program;

By purchasing tokens online as you can get
discounts through pre-paying.
Refunds
1.
Do you offer a refund on services?
No we do not offer a refund on services or
programs but if you are unhappy with what you have
received and I believe the complaint is justified, then
I may consider giving you a FREE session. Of course,
this will be dependant on the situation.
