When you first start with Fit and Firm Personal Training you will receive a Red Membership Card with your welcome pack. In order to receive this, you will need to register below... You will then be sent your login details and will have access to your membership area. This is where you will be able to purchase your coupons and access all your documentation... You will be sent your upgraded membership details as you earn enough points to progress to the next level... But the good news is that it costs absolutely NOTHING to sign up for the red membership and you already get great discounts...

As you progress through the membership levels you will receive greater benefits and more SAVINGS... There are many ways you are able to earn these points, including:

  • Referring others to a Personal Training Session (5 Points per 30 minute Referral and 10 points per 60 minute Referral):

  • Referring others to a Group Training Session (5 Points);

  • Referring others to a Bring a Friend Personal Training Session (5 Points per 30 minute Referral and 10 points per 60 minute Referral);

  • Purchasing Packages yourself (points shown in Coupon Center);

  • Purchasing Products through any of our other Sister Sites (points shown in these sites);

  • PLUS there will be other ways for you to accrue points as time goes on. Once you have accrued points, they will be updated in the Membership Area... Please note that in regards to referring, the points will only be added once the referred client completes at least 3 sessions.
